Maryia will accompany our newly appointed Operations Manager JORGE RIBEIRO in our international operations team. As our operations in Europe have grown and diversified over the years, there is a constant need to develop and streamline our processes wherever possible. The cooperation between Jorge and Maryia and the rest of our MC Containers team will provide a firm basis for our international sales and rentals in the future, making the process of doing business with MC Containers even more seamless for our customers.
Maryia was one of many applicants who responded to our job post on LinkedIn. The MC Containers European HQ is in Hamburg, Germany, and it will also be the main workplace for Maryia. “For the second interview, I visited Hamburg in person and fell in love with the city,” says Maryia, who has relocated to Hamburg to work side by side with the rest of our Hamburg team.
When joining a new company, there is a lot of information to acquire and learn. This is especially true in the field of logistics and the global container business where things are in a constant state of change. “I feel that this job requires a lot of responsibilities because so many people depend on you and you don´t want let them down. Nevertheless, I am very excited and optimistic, despite all the challenges,” says Maryia.
The team’s thoughts on Maryia are very positive. “It’s been a pleasure working with Maryia so far. She is a team player and at the same time good at working independently. I’m confident that Maryia’s driving force and talent will be a huge asset for the company,” says MIA Reich, Sales Manager for Sweden at MC Containers.
Maryia describes herself as a peaceful person who likes to go for a walk, go shopping or sit in a café in her free time. She likes traveling and reading as well. “I am also a big foodie. I love good food and eating outside. If I am in a bad mood, just give me something delicious and I will be happy,” Maryia reveals.
