MC Containers had the pleasure of attending “Hamburg in Berlin” at Hamburg’s State Representation again this year!
“Hamburg in Berin” is an annual event organized by the States Council of Hamburg, where guests have a great opportunity to meet new people and network – along with enjoying the catering, speeches and musical performances. The event took place on 10th of September 2024 in Berlin in the premises of the States Council of Hamburg. The State Councellor Liv Assmann had invited nearly 2500 guests from areas such as media, politics and economy to discuss and spend time in a relaxed atmosphere.
MC Containers was represented this year by our Sales and Rental Managers for German speaking countries Fabian Rottmann and Angelo Quattrocchi, and our Regional Director for EU and international clients Matti Goßler, as well as our CLASSY BLACK BAR CONTAINER, which was sponsored by MC Containers.
The guys from MC Containers were delighted by the atmosphere of the event: – In addition to seeing the Mayor of Hamburg and the Federal Chancellor of Germany up close, it was nice to rise from the container world and clarify things about the container business to people who may not be that familiar with the topic, says Fabian Rottmann.
– The best thing about the event is the whole package; you were able to get to know many new people and companies as well as get several insights into the corporate culture of Hamburg, adds Angelo Quattrocchi.
Matti Goßler brings up the same aspects: – In addition to the conversations with new and old contacts, the generally great atmosphere with interesting guests is the best thing in the event.
Fabian continues: – The casual structure of the event made approaching people and getting to know their requests and companies very easy. Of course, along with one or two drinks! It was also very cool to see one of our bar containers live and observe the interested glances of bystanders. Even though we didn’t sell any containers in the event, it was very nice to exchange ideas with other people.
Some representatives from MC Containers have visited the event already several times. For Matti this was his third time at “Hamburg in Berlin”. Angelo and Fabian represented in the event for the first time, and they hope to attend the fantastic event again in the future.
