MC Containers welcoming yet another cruise ship

A brand-new cruise ship MS Spirit of Discovery visited the Port of Oulu on Sunday the 25th of August.

The vessel was finished this summer and it travels under the flag of Great Britain. The 236-meter long vessel accommodates 1000 passengers and 530 crew members. Oulu was one of the stops on the ship’s 15-day maiden voyage, which started from Dover, England on the 17 of August. From Oulu the ship heads first to Pori and then to Fredrikstad, Norway. MC Containers participated the cruiser visit e.g. by setting up safety fences on the wharf. This was already the third cruiser we have taken part in this year.
